David
Simmonds
is a Mexico Consultant (www.movetomexico.com)
and creator of the popular publication, The Mexico File (www.mexicofile.com),
and more recently Mexico Premiere (www.mexicopremiere.com).
Having traveled Mexico for over 30 years, he has
a unique perspective and knowledge of the country that he loves to
share with others. After playing many of Mexico’s great golf
courses, he started Mexigolf in 2003, a subsidiary of
Simmonds Mexico Tours. A 1972 graduate of San Diego State
University, David lives in San Diego with his wife, Felice,
and their children, Tanner, age thirteen, and Nicolette,
age eight.
Freelance writer, editor and translator, Jane Onstott has lived and traveled extensively in Mexico, Spain, Central America and Ecuador. Specializing in Mexico, she wrote National Geographic Traveler Mexico for the National Geographic Society and has written and co-authored several other travel books, including Fodor’s Puerto Vallarta and The Unofficial Guide to Mexico's Best Beach Resorts.
