TERMS

At MexiGolf we strive to eliminate misunderstandings that may compromise the pleasure of your trip. Please take a moment to read the following business policies which will be a part of the agreement we enter into with you. First of all, you should consider purchasing a travel insurance policy. These policies offer coverage for trip delays or cancellation, baggage loss or delay, medical and dental services, emergency evacuation and 24-hour traveler assistance. Many internet providers can be found by typing “travel insurance” into your search engine; otherwise we suggest you contact a travel agent.

PRICING

MexiGolf prices are not guaranteed until a trip is booked and the deposit paid for all travelers. Advertised and quoted prices are subject to change without notice due to changes in currency valuations, tariff changes, or increases in operational costs. Seasonal surcharges, restrictions, black-out dates, and availability issues may apply. Group trip pricing is based upon a minimum number of travelers; an additional surcharge may apply for fewer travelers.
To make sure there are no misunderstandings, MexiGolf lists everything included in your package in the “Final Itinerary” provided to you. If you do not see a service in the Final Itinerary, contact us and we will let you know if the service is available and at what additional cost. Here are a few things that are not included in our packages unless they are specifically provided for in your Final Itinerary:

  • Transportation services (airfare, taxi, shuttle, bus, etc.)
  • Food and beverage (except with all-inclusive packages)
  • Communication services such as phone, fax and email
  • Hotel extras such as upgraded rooms, in-room movies, room service, mini-bar, spa access, service gratuities, and extra nights
  • Tour extras such as sightseeing excursions (unless specified in your itinerary)

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

We suggest that you make your reservations as soon as practical in order to secure the best rates on accommodations, tee times and other services. Normally we require a deposit of $400 or 25% (whichever is less) per person to hold your reservations, which we will refund in full if your booking is canceled within seven days from the date it is made and we have incurred no cancellation charges. Final payment is due, payable by check or credit card 60 days prior to departure. If the tour is booked less than 60 days before departure, the balance is due upon receipt of our invoice.

Bookings made within 14 days of departure may be subject to surcharges if special handling fees are required.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations by You

If for any reason you need to cancel a reservation call, contact us immediately so that we can minimize any resulting charges. Then, as soon as you can, send us a written and signed authorization confirming the reservation cancellation to MexiGolf, 5580 La Jolla Blvd., #306, La Jolla, CA 92037.
Cancellations are subject to the following charges:

  • 60 days more or prior to departure. You forfeit $100 of your deposit plus any non-refundable deposits we paid on your behalf.
  • 59 to 30 days prior to departure. You pay 25% of the package cost per person plus any non-refundable deposits made on your behalf.
  • 29 to 14 days prior to your departure, 50% of the package price per person plus any non-refundable deposits paid on your behalf.
  • 13 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the package price per person plus any non-refundable deposits paid on your behalf. Any other non-retrievable cancellation charges will also be withheld. Once you have reached the destination where we have agreed to provide services, there will be no refunds for any part of the package we provide.

Cancellations by MexiGolf

In the event MexiGolf must cancel any arrangement we agreed to make for you and took a deposit and payment to do so, we will refund in full all deposits and payments.
If while you are at the package destination it becomes necessary to cancel one component of a package we have arranged, MexiGolf will refund you the cost paid for that component, however we will not refund the total cost of the arrangements we provided.

CHANGES BY MEXIGOLF

MexiGolf may make reasonable changes in your itinerary when we deem them advisable for your safety and comfort. Changes may also be made as a result of unexpected conflicts not anticipated when your itinerary was finalized.

DOCUMENTS

MexiGolf will forward all vouchers and itinerary confirmations to you within 21 days of departure. If expedited delivery of these documents is necessary, additional charges may apply.

RESPONSIBILITY

MexiGolf shall not be responsible for any illness, death, injury, theft, accident, damage, loss of vacation time or other irregularities that may occur during your trip. MexiGolf acts only as an agent for the suppliers of accommodation, golf services and related services we might provide to you. Consequently, MexiGolf assumes no responsibility for, and by entering into an agreement with us you hereby release MexiGolf from any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that you may incur relating to the failure by any third party (including but not limited to a hotel, airline, golf course, or transportation service) to perform its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services. When you enter into an agreement with MexiGolf you also release us from any claim associated with the negligence or willful misconduct of any third party in connection with the performance of its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services, or any act of God, civil disturbance, conflict, strife, theft, governmental action, illness, injury or any other event or action not within the reasonable control of MexiGolf.

Again, MexiGolf strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance commensurate with your expectations and needs.
